Don’t believe so, I think I saw another post earlier of someone paying for an account service but SoD was not a selectable option for it, not sure if it was faction change or server transfer though.
You can transfer servers but I think faction change would be a huge + considering people have gold and gear to level with but would like to play with friends or consolidate all their characters into one place like me

You cant transfer servers or Faction change in SOD.
bump, would love a faction change. especially due to timezone constraints with servers pop/guilds/factions etc

they need to add this since gdkps are the only thing alliance can do properly and getting pvp rank is impossible on that faction
