Do Evokers serve the weyrn they were raised in or they are their own weyrn?

I was wondering about that, the weyrns focus on each Dracthyr’s specialty, with the Evokers being capable of harnessing the power of all dragonflights. So in short, do Evokers make up their own weyrn or they belong one of the many and simply are very talented individuals?

Bonus question for RPers: Do you roleplay your Dracthyr as an Evoker or you treat the class akin to a “prestige class”, instead making your Dracthyr a member of one of the weyrns?

The Evoker is essentially a monster class, kind of what like D20 used to do with Savage Species. What you do as you advance is to complete your growth to your mature form.

Usually the weyrns seem to be pretty broad. Healing Wings beings a kind of exception, but the other ones we are introduced to in game are more broad. Evokers are definitely in the various weryns and are considered elite of elite. We can gather this by the fact that the player evokers who follow the Dark Talons or Obsidian Warders based on which faction they rolled. We also know that the Ebon Scales had evokers in their ranks. So an evoker could be in either of the weyrns rp wise.
