Everyone in the WoW universe is a robot just as we are all robots. It’s just a question as to whether or not we are mechanical robots or biological robots.

Dwarves have souls, and the only difference between humans and Earthen is the Curse of Flesh.
Unless the Old Gods are secretly benevolent deities granting soulless constructs proper personhood, it can be assumed they always had souls.

I think that if not having one is bothering you, then you’ve got one.
In all the time we spent in Shadowlands, we saw exactly zero Earthen. So no, they have no souls. Frankly, that applies to the lizard people as well.
Horde can use them too.
Nah, they were in the exclusive resort section run by the Concierge, who wouldn’t let any of us rabble in.
In the shadowlands, you do not keep your original form. So we wouldn’t see any soul that is the same as their original body.
The dracthyr also were in stasis at the time, so they wouldn’t be dead.
If they have souls, we can take them.
Garrosh, Kael’Thas and Draka all kept their original forms, save except a few minor details …
Shadowlands was honestly just lazy with the lore and was ultimately poorly written.
Well two of them were in limbo for being evil. They don’t get change until they redeem themselves. Drake choose that body of hers so she wouldn’t forget where she came from.

Souls are for you mortals… the rest of us are eternal.
As a warlock, I keep my soul tethered to my stone. I found a way to be immortal.
I’m going to have to agree with you, because otherwise it would imply that the Curse of Flesh itself IMPARTED a soul on the creatures it affected, and this does not seem to be at all in line with anything we learned about the First Ones and the afterlife in Shadowlands.
I’m fairly confident that all intelligent creatures in the Warcraft universe have a consciousness template/soul that cycles through to some afterlife when the body dies.
