They would, they are basically the same race as Dwarves minus the curse of flesh.

Earthen do have the curse of flesh but it didn’t hit them too hard. It just allowed them to have free will.
I didn’t see any earthen in the shadowlands.

Yes, when they die they awaken as spirits in the veil.
Mind you, there’s probably a unique afterlife for them — Given they’re somewhat beings of order, rather than flesh – But have spirits nonetheless …
Elemental Spirits?
From a point of view, you could even argue they have elemental spirits – Given they’re beings of stone & whatnot.
I once speculated the grand conspiracy that the elemental spirits aren’t grand fans of the titans, due to them seizing elemental spirits – wiping their memories, reconditioning them and making them into the titanforged beings we know:

Wouldnt this mean Humans and Gnomes also did not have any souls when they were Mecha-gnomes and Vrykul?

Don’t know about that but yup, the curse of flesh is what made the earthen start to question their keepers more.

It means they’re not all the same or destined for the same place.
For instance, you got mortal souls, titan souls, elemental spirits and the beings of light & void — All which have their own place(s)
- Even mortal souls aren’t all situated to the same place.
Whether Shadowlands retconned it or not — Despite what the Kyrian had said in that god-forsaken disgusting-for-lore expansion, the light DID have its own afterlife — as we saw through the Uuna questline 
There appear a void afterlife too; which is considered to be ‘comforting’ surprisingly also.
- For instance, the prime naaru A’dal sent Crusader Bridenbrad to the Light itself, bounding his soul to the realm of Light away from the Shadowlands!
It’s as Velen said: “The Light wishes suffering on none, my child. But it does not reign unopposed in our realm.”
So, ultimately:
The destination of various beings and their souls — depending on the individual or the circumstances of their death, their afterlife can vary - Such is probably the case with the Earthen too.

I could not find anything about it granting them free will, but I did find it:
“had unintended consequences; it gave rise to mortal qualities of necessity, such as courage, resolve, and heroism.”
Which is something else I did not know about. Do you know where I could read about the Curse of Flesh causing the Titan created races to question there makers?

Huh, interesting, so these Earthen we met WERE infected by a variant of the curse. That I did not know, but I mean, wouldnt they still of had free will before the curse?

They were more robot like than they are now before the curse. You can see how it affected them because they are slowly stop talking like a computer and using more…“human” sounding sentences.
Less “initiating conversation” and more “let’s talk”.

Thats true, i suppose they could have not had free will but still had souls.

Not in the traditional sense no. To them their collected data / memories are their soul.
So they would either be in the memory bank, or frozen inert in their bodies. Not really part of the cycle, at least not like us.
