Do Earthen have Souls?

I had this question brought to me when i was chillin in the deepest pit of eternal damnation and it made me wonder. Given their nature as creatures of rock and stone with a memory crystal as we saw in Dorn.

(Update)(I have to amend this regarding the playable race earthen who awakened from Magni’s gift. Imbued with the essence of Azeroth’s world soul. But what about the rest like Uldum and Ulduar?)

Do earthen have souls or rather should they?

We already confirmed that the Watchers of Ulduar do despite their make; for example in the situation of Mimiron. His body was destroyed and yet his soul was saved by his mechagnomes who fashioned a body for him to inhabit, though he was never the same since.

The same can be said of the Mechagnomes or other constructs of the titans make. Is it possible for them to forge souls of their own despite their nature, or do they already have them in some form or fashion?

Notice how the Iron Vrykul were turned because of the curse of flesh and became living creatures. The curse was meant to make them soft, weak, vulnerable to corruption. But of course that idea backfired giving way to courage, hope, and valor; tools necessary to fight back. The curse never gave them souls, atleast as far as we know regarding the conditions of flesh-forms.

Does that mean that regardless of creation all creatures have a soul or do they procure one from some source?

Did Tyr have a soul and not just a memory chip? Watcher Koranos was the last of his kind on the Dragon Isles, does a construct like him have a soul? Makes you feel sorry for his companions who died in their sleep from age wear and tear.

No. Just memory chips. Making them even more boring by default.

Titanforged Roleplayer here~. Yes, Earthen, as well as all Titanforged, do have souls. Their souls are simply different in nature than mortals. What all Titans and Titanforged beings truly are, at their core, is Arcane magic. They are entities born from Arcane magic and the universal force of order. All of the Stone and Metal skin is merely a dressing. A container for their true selves. Their true forms are made of arcane starlight. A mass of arcane energy that serves the same function as an ordinary soul.

The nature of souls CAN change over time, of course. And just like how Mortal souls can be corrupted into Demons and back to Mortal again, Titanforged souls of arcane magic can be turned into mortal souls. Ordinarily, a Titan or Titanforged Soul would not enter the Shadowlands. If anything, it would return to the plane of order. As we saw in Shadowlands, when the soul of a Titan enters the Shadowlands, it tends to break things. Titanforged beings are less powerful, but the principle is the same. They do have souls, but they function differently from Mortal souls and do not belong in the Shadowlands.

That does bring to wonder if an Aspect imbued this time by Azeroth herself would be able to come to the Shadowlands just the same.

Its one thing to come to the SL without their aspectral power but now empowered by the world soul could it be different?
