Probably has something to do with the intentional shortage of CS staff they have after they fired half of all their CS staff a couple years ago. Less CS staff means more money, and the only thing they have to do is claim theyā€™re dedicated to improving communication, without actually following up on it.

Iā€™m just saying, imagine trying to explain your design vision to the people on these forums. They are going to ā€œwhat aboutā€ you to death :rofl: I get it though, Iā€™d like for Blizz to be more communicative here as well, the advantage of the forums is the investment you have to make to be here, you have to at least have a wow account to speak. You would think these are the people youā€™d want to speak to the most.

Didnā€™t they integrate Twitter into WoW? Why not put a tab into the ESC menu that says TWEETS and when you click on it, you get all wow related content.

I remember ghostcrawler saying years ago that his boss always told them ā€œdonā€™t read the forumsā€.

Who was that boss? Mr J Allen Brack, President of Blizzard, thatā€™s who.

So I doubt those instructions have changed.

Well they never post, then will post some nonsense and that makes everyone mad because we want info. Then the blues say, see you all mad we arenā€™t going to post. Itā€™s a bad cycle that they started.
