The first 5 delves you do will give you rep with each one of the main factions. Those being
Council of Dornogal
Assembly of the Deeps
Hallowfall Arathi
Severed Threads (this one is split even between the three sub reps)
Cartels of Undermine
It is random which one you get when you complete a delve but you do not get the same one twice per week.
