Do "black lists" matter?

after 15 years playin wow and never been called ninja before, i got called ninja today by a rogue because i rolled my BiS waist for fury warrior on drakk (ubrs), and his friend (and also his guildmate, who was tankin btw) wanted them too.
the rogue who called me ninja ignored me and say i was going to a “black list”, should i worry about it? i mean every time i tried to speak to him as an adult and explain the situation (which they re wrong but i dont want to keep arguin’ with someone who is clearly stupid af) they ignored me.
anyone else had the same experience?

Don’t post other players names on the forums unless you want to get suspended. You didn’t ninja and there is so many people on these servers blacklist is meaningless.

I don’t even know where to start looking for a black list for reference.

Edit out his name, but he was probably just talking out of his bum.

If some one black lists you for needing on gear you need than odds are they have no clue that stats > armor for PVE and are not worth grouping with in the future anyways.

I think it’s messed up that people put other people on a list just because they are black…

Blacklists are meaningless and the people/guilds that maintain them are the true toxicity that is killing Classic.

cant stop lmao rn

Isn’t there some sort of motivational quote that says if you’re making enemies you’re doing something right?

I believe Asmon talked about this exact item before, cause a rouge in Olympus 6 was crying, then he explained it is a fair role, because leather most of the time has the best stats for DPS warr and a dps warr shouldn’t be taking damage so doesn’t need plate.

I would be concerned about a blacklist as over time, it can add up.

But I wouldn’t worry about blacklists like this, it’s kinda just the trash taking itself out since any good player would know and be on your side.

edited: but i dont think thats a suspension motive, never got any warning or a suspension in 15 years and i trully believe he deserves to be known for what he is… and a**hole.

There is a bunch of aholes playing this game if we were all posting their names all the time we wouldn’t get anything done around here.

Seems racist. ALL list Matters!!!

No they do not, some players think it is a thing but it’s not because it would require the majority of players to participate and they don’t

All lists matter, not just black lists.

Okay, I’ll see myself out, now . . . :flushed:

The logistics behind “black lists” are too complicated for the average player to care about them. Most people just want to clear content, they dgaf who they do it with. It’s not like anyone interacts with each other in party chat anyway.

To Top Rated Players, blacklists are a Very Big Thing.

Scoff all you like, but when you finally claw yourself up to the big leagues you’ll see that when the Very Best of The Best form a PUG, they certainly check all the Lists.
