Hey, I’m running three Grove Tending azerite powers. This is the one that enables Swiftmend to “Heals the target for 9384 over 9 seconds”. Is this redundant? Am I missing out on taking advantage of other powers?
I am also running 2 Waking Dream (Ysera’s Gift now heals every 4 sec, and heals for an additional 545 for each of your active Rejuvenations), and 2 Concentrated healing (Your healing effects have a chance to grant the target 142 additional healing every 2 sec for 12 sec. This effect doubles every 2 sec).
I hope I’m not screwing myself by picking multiples of the same - does anyone know how this bit functions?
Refer to this if you want to read up on Azerite Traits to round out your Resto Druid.
Grove Tending is a great trait to stack in PvE and PvP.
Grove Tending - While the extra healing is nice, the majority of the power of this trait comes from the HoT that counts toward Mastery: Harmony, meaning you’re able to provide additional healing to someone most in danger with your large emergency heal. Will vary with how much mastery you have, but in dungeons, you should have a fair bit. Subsequent traits beyond the first will be much lower in value.
Waking Dream is ok to run but don’t run more that one of them. It stacks but the benefit is minimal and there are a lot of better options out there. The tick will cap at 4 seconds.
Waking Dream - Frequency increase provides a 25% increase to Ysera’s Gift healing. The additional healing per Rejuvenation is moderate but helpful. The trait doesn’t increase the frequency beyond every 4s, so additional Waking Dream traits provide much less value.
Some are good to stack some Are not. Really depends and what the trait does. As noted above, grove trending is stellar to stack and essentially BiS especially in M+ for resto Druid. Others you’re really only looking for a single trait as the stackable effect isn’t worth it.
