I have an under desk elliptical and use it everytime I’m at my desk.
I exercise in the morning after work and I get up usually hourly to stretch or do some easy squats if I’m off work that day.
Always, have a weight at my desk, galleon of water, a terrible elliptical that I always feel I’ll fall forward on, under desk pedals, dresser has lip for sit ups, squats, even just taking a walk every 30ish mins.
I want to upgrade to a standing desk where I can move my chair out, maybe get a standing bike. Always try to do a little.
I bought a treadmill and use it regularly. Also I do some stretching. But neither of these do I do while at the computer. They would disturb the cats on my lap.
I told myself I would try to incorporate regular mini workouts such as during FPs or something, but I never did and other games don’t really have downtime. I started getting into workouts almost 3 years ago, and it started with some pretty easy stuff I could do and has grown to so much more.
Nowadays once a weekend while gaming I find a minute to just do as many pushups as I can before I can’t. I started at like 5 and I’m currently at 40.
If you’re looking to incorporate change start small and slowly build over time.
Since my mouse is in my right hand if my left hand is free I drum my fingers on my desk.

I do sometimes walk around two and an half blocks at home. Winter’s over, it’s time to enjoy Spring.
