Do any Azerite traits stack?

I tried Shrouded Suffocation and it didn’t seem to. Are there any that do?

Stacking traits makes them do more damage.

So…even though I don’t get 6 combo points, the Garrote is causing more damage? I read somewhere stacking was nerfed. What are the recommended ones for PvP to stack that still work?

That is correct. I think some traits have diminishing returns, which can make those 2nd and 3rd stacks not worth it.

All damage and healing effects are nerfed in pvp.

I like stacking Shroud and Twist the Knife.

I go with Double dose and Nothing Personal*, the damage stack from both of those make things consistent. Twist the knife is great in PVP due to the stacking damage and having massive Envenom damage for burst is nice.

I also take Deeper Stratagem. 3x Twist the Knife with 6 compo points gives you some pretty consistent damage as long as you manage your energy.
