Dmg is far too low - from a healer perspective

as a healer main it blows my mind how many rdruids i q into where they’re so bad and cannot be punished.

what i mean by this? I mean when i catch a druid out of form he should realistically die 100-0 with CDs, no matter what.

More scenarios like this is like if i’m getting tunneled by an APE OF A PLAYER and i HOJ HIM BEHIND A PILLAR WITH MY TEAM MATES, and he LIVES?? BECAUSE HE CAN DEATH STRIKE FOR MORE THAN MY HOLY LIGHT CASTED HEAL?

there’s no ‘punishing’ for bad positioning or bad plays anymore, cus dmg just doesn’t exist.

bring me back 2 minute games, this 10 minute dampening garbage can leave

NO Thank you

Completely agree … if you come behind a pillar vs the entire enemy team you should 100% die or at the very least be forced to use every def cd

YES Thank you.

I agree with OP, dampening comps are fun to play but having to wait for dampening every. single. time. to be able to win makes it less fun everytime, especially when RMX can gib you in 2 globals but you can’t.

Can bring damage up when they bring healing up

This really depends on what you are playing against it seems. Some games I get blown up in damn near the opener and die a minute later once all my cool downs are gone (usually mage, warlock, rogue, ww or uhdk). Other games playing against other classes the games run on until I run out of mana. Really seems like a problem with certain classes having way to much damage + control while other classes and specs just don’t. Could also be that gear levels are really kicking in. May be those who have 400+ ilvls are experiencing a different game than I am at 390.

I agree that games need to be quicker but I also don’t think things should die in a CS. There’s definitely an in between.

Actually so true, so many egirls that play rdru with their experienced ebf’s getting rating…

Stop complaining about Dk self heals you have to damage him for him to heal that much LOL. Just kill someone else dear lord or kill him in a kidney or disarm him or Bop…cant heal.

Rdruid healing is too high tho

How is DK not being a kill target until dampening any form or balance?

Freaking baby DKs don’t remeber what it was like being killed in an opener.

Lmao reading healers saying dmg is too high, you literally have to be so terrible at the game to think damage is too high, hurts my brain.

This season is the first season that I have ever opted out of lol. Every arena feels like I am just tickling the enemy team. I would rather sit and afk in Dazar’Alor all day than queue a single arena SMH.

I enjoy when the gates open and dk/ww run at me. They pop all their cds into my big barrier+rapture, and I still die through it. Buff damage, especially for DK and WW. 4head

can we get some name drops

There is for sure a sweet spot, season one it was way to high, this seaons its abit to low/some classes are just really passivey tanky.

Dude. Quit trolling. Or, if you’re serious, then you’re a terrible player. Maybe both.

This is such a pathetic argument… DK should be targets just like everything else. Saying… ‘lol just don’t hit them’ says enough at how over tuned their healing is.

@OP

Exactly. Damage AND healing both need buffs. That would make recovering from burst easier and make the game more about setups and execution rather then just ooming a healer. Also, casted heals should be more rewarding. If I can juke a kick and get a heal off, I should get the benefit of being able to live.

It’s so dumb that dps can completely ignore LOS because they have massive live lord cooldowns.

Remember when they said they were going to buff white damage this expansion? I mean, they did over legion… but sustain damage is piss poor right now. You’re right that if someone runs behind a pillar with your team they should be punished… and I bet with some exceptions most classes would be if you popped everything, but you should be able to without having to pop cds.

Buff sustain, and nerf dmg cds to compensate.

With all fairness, and I might be a little biased because I’m a discipline priest, I think damage is OK, leaning closer to the ‘too strong end.’

The problem isn’t damage, it’s class homogenization and giving every class–to and extent–the same defensive tools.
