Aside from the obvious use of summoning for raid buffs in a DM N Tribute instance which has been completed - this bug occurs with party members who have been with the group from the start of the instance. Please look into it as it’s quite a hindrance to completing a DM North Tribute run for newer players.
During three separate occassions I’ve tried to summon party members who are clearly in the same instance as me. The summon will go through but the party member will get an error message along the lines of “You are not saved to this instance.”
This has occurred in DM North and DM East.
It has occurred when trying to bring new players into DM North for tribute buffs, and it has occurred when trying to summon party members who were part of the existing party from the start - who hearthed to repair and returned to the instance.
Thanks!
Unless you’re in North and they’re in west/east I can maybe see why it wouldnt work but then again half of everything isn’t working as it should so it’s no surprise -_-
Happened to us last night. 2 party members died and when they ran back to the instance I summoned them and they both got this same error. Shards were used and summons cast but not working.
This was in DM North.

Bump for Monday morning visibility. Hopefully Blizzard staff see this, and I hope you have a great day!
Imagine this headache when trying to prebuff a raid with DM buffs.
It was standard practice to clear an ID and have raid members summoned through quickly to get their buffs and ready up then proceed to felwood for the 40 man songflower buff and then too org for a head drop or zg then org to get fully raid buffed.
All these fun rituals we had on private servers are either super wonky or just flat out nerfed to not be possible or practical.
All these limits man I don’t understand it. Where’s the fun? It was fun going together to get all your buffs
Maybe there was some sort of cool down on only head or maybe you couldn’t all click songflower at once. But that was part of the fun
Why is all the fun just sucked out of the game I don’t get it. Who cares???
Even if maybe it wasnt 100% accurate, it was a ritual on every server
Bump. Still have not seen an answer on this from Blizzard, seems like a pretty important bug to me - not being able to summon with 3 instances.
