I’ve never really seen the point of arguing about which ‘spec’ Arthas is for tuning and balance. To me he uses a whole load of frost and unholy spells. From ghouls, sindragosa, RW, plagues, freezing in an ice block. He was ‘the’ Deathknight and just had access to anything that suited his needs at the time. Not sure it’s productive when discussing balance but is interesting as a topic.
