Make DKs use “Horn Of Winter” as a raid buff and make it give everyone a flat crit or haste buff.

Yes, you need a raid buff and the downfall of BDK to be able to compete for 1 dps spot left from mage-aug-x comp. Good luck dps DK.
Going to jump in to remind people that “Raid” buffs also heavily affect the M+ meta.
Blood may be the closest to being the high end meta M+ tank in TWW that it has been since shadowlands, but Mark of the Wild will likely make Bear overtake them even if they have overcome the suddenly dying in high keys issue.
Outside of top end people will still prefer non DK tanks if they have a choice because raid buffs contribute a lot to overall group performance. So the only reason you would actively seek out a BDK is if they are Phat or you know your healer isn’t very good and having a tank that can be left alone 90% of the time may be needed. Fortunately for blood tanks will always be scarce so invites will flow.
As for DPS DKs… It’s bleak AF. Everyone’s going to want an Aug and at least one range because that will give you the highest chance to succeed. So we’ll be competing for a spot with things like DH and Paladin that bring better group utility and really impactful buffs.
Side note of personal experience. I tend to avoid inviting DK dps because they have a higher skill floor than most melee DPS and are often inconsistent in player performance. Even if they have the IO for it. Its just a lot safer to grab a Paladin because they got a buff and its hard to find a paladin that will perform well bellow average.

I do not like how they won’t give DKs a raid buff. To be the only class without one is just a stigma plain and simple. If dps DKs aren’t tuned high, then we are going to be out. It is just that simple. My opinion. Blizzard, please think on this, do not be foolish. Take it to the union.
I have said this before, Blizz Devs HATE the DK class as a whole.
Thier track record the last 8 years is proof.

I don’t know about hate but I think very few of them play it more than is absolutely required by their jobs. So more Apathetic than hate.

That could be more of an issue soon. DKs are slowly turning into stand in DAD to do X. BDK is tanking just like a Prot Pal, stand in DAD and remain in it as best as you can. I do not like that.
Definitely not hate if the prepatch is showing. Incompetent most likely or, as Nevermore said, apathetic. There’s a lot of things to revert and more things to change but hate is a strong word dude, just letting you know.
Also, if we’re going to point fingers on what class right now is closest to being most hated by devs, I’d pick Rogue right now by far.
