DK Class Hall quest bugged?

Hey there! Been doing my alt class hall quests and I get to a point where Bolvar asks me to go to Scarlet M to recruit High Inquisitor Whitemane.
Although I get no quest at all, just Bolvar speech and instructions.
When I go to Scarlet Monastery, I get no quest at all either.
Unfortunately I cannot complete the dungeon as I’m only lvl 33, and have no guild either on this toon.

Maybe all this is because of the toons lvl?

Highlord Darion Mograine gives the quest, the Lich King chat head is just a way to get the player to go back to DK HQ.

darion mograine offers the quest when you’re lvl 45.

down the road, you’ll have to complete maw of souls, which i think is overtuned ATM. gl with that.

I can’t get my quest to get to the class hall with my level 70 dk
