You actually can. People do it all the time. Chinese food. Caribbean music. Congolese dances. There’s a mage player on Ragnaros named Xaryu and he’s referred to as “Mexican Xaryu” all the time, to differentiate himself from the much more known Xaryu.
Being referred to as “ethnic” something isn’t racist. Being called the “Dozer from Brazil” isn’t racist.
