The NPC Kor’vas doesn’t always appear at the indicated location in the DK Legion artifact weapon quest Between Worlds. There are quite a few comments on wowhead indicating others with the problem . I had to log out and back in before the NPC appeared for me.
The wowhead complaints go back for years but I didn’t find a report of the issue here yet.
