Imo Rashon because it’s as easy as equipping and forgetting vs, Djaarun’s annoying 2.5 min cd which pairs with exactly nothing. Also Rashon is also bis for Guardian so if you play tank as well like me its just the better pick
Djaruun for sure imo, does 1.2mil to 2mil on each use in bear. It is less effective if you are running thorns of iron build but its still super nice to have a burst use cd for snap threat or something needs extra damage to die fast, its a nice button to have.
It does about 1.5mil on avg in feral at 522 on the cleave dummies. It does about the same damage on avg for overall dmg as rashons, its down to if you want the agency to choose when to pop off that damage and fumble dps by not pressing it at good times or not tbh.
Edit; They also scale with verse, ive been testing out running 30% crit (rating) 40% verse, 33% mastery instead of only crit mastery and its a tradeoff of that might be worth it so far. Im getting 900k bursts with zerk at 497 ilvl. (501) because my second verse ring is 441 rn.
Rashon sims higher for st but not by much. Djaruun sims higher for m+. I main feral usually and offspec gaurdian. I went with djaruun.

Are you sure about this? Because my sims have been showing Djaruun just being better in both. Only marginally on ST however.
Sims are going to be directly influenced by your stats, as well. A druid that’s up against mastery or crit DR might very well get more benefit from Rashon, while a druid that is fairly heavy on haste already might get more from Djaarun. It’s fully possible for his character to sim Rashon higher while your character sims Djaarun higher, especially since you both saw the weapons to be close to one another. And that’s to say nothing of any individual settings that might differ between your sim parameters.

mmm i think haste influences ppm of Rashons alot more than the maybe 1 extra flame attack from djaruun from having more haste.
You combo Djaruun with convoke and zerk so you only can only fit in so many other shreds/bites.
