Divine Strength = +10% STR, Divine Intellect = +10% 'total' INT

I’m confused about the tooltip wording of these two Holy talents.

It sounds like Divine Strength increases only base strength by 10% (i.e., not taking gear/buffs into account), whereas the same is not true of Divine Intellect.

Is that correct? Or…?

Working as intended I do believe.

OK, so both the tooltips and my interpretation of them are correct? (I can test Divine Intellect, but cannot test Divine Strength without a re-spec.)

It is 10% total Strength.
