Has any other priest seen this happen? I am on my level 60 priest, I try to cast divine spirit on myself and I get an error message “You can’t do that yet”. I have logged out and back in, still happens. I was ported to UBRS and it started working. Then a little while later when I was done with the instance it started happening again. Very weird.
