Divine Seeds for Queen's Conservatory

Where are we supposed to be getting these now that Venari no longer has the three weekly quests that can award them? Those quests award rep only now. I am pretty sure that the only seeds that I have gotten since the 9.1 patch was one green quality from a random maw quest and a couple of blues from my adventurer table.

A guide on Wowhead states the only place to get the divine seeds is from the maw weekly quests so, what is going on?

I received seeds from Ve’nari’s quests as per usual. THey just aren’t 100% anymore.

This. It doesn’t show them as a reward but you still get them.

I also got some seeds from my “Turn in 20 Souls” quest, including a Divine one.
