Divine Protection /Ardent Defender

Anyone else feel like when Divine Protection “upgrades” to Ardent Defender that it kind of ruins it? I haven’t levelled a pally since my original main, but I forgot that Divine Protection was on a 1min cool down. Leveling in dungeons I use it nearly on cool down, but once it gets “upgraded” it’s put on a 2min cool down and I have to be much more thoughtful about it’s use.

I’d rather there be no upgrade or if it’s on a 2min cool down, the duration is doubled as well.

Pallys have a lot of oh crap buttons but the new SoTR doesn’t feel very strong. They could use more AM uptime.

Anyone else feel the same?

Ya it’s silly to get a “downgrade”. They should just make DP 2 min and then add a rank upgrade for holy to make it 1min again.
