Divine arbiter stack

Anyone has any insight on this?

It has always behaved like this. Join an arena match against demon lock and you will be flooded with DA procs because one hammer hits a million imps.

Yea tooltip is weird and inconsistent. But changing it to be on cast would a bigger nerf that on emenies hit by divine hammer I think.

I realize that it always did but I’m wondering if were not missing those interaction elsewhere such as with Blessed Champion.

I followed the rework closely and I don’t remember them making overly specific comments about talents and their goal for them.

So it might have just been genuinely overlooked both by our community and them?
(Wishful thinking here)

I’m not necessarily arguing for it to be on cast only.

I just get the feeling that the interaction might have been forgotten about.

It’s weird for DA to have a AoE/cleave portion that can’t be used consistently and then see some element of design pointing toward it being a way to funnel damage but not being true for all the other talents for which you might expect it.

I feel like that could, in part, explain the poor performance of ST build in AoE/cleave.

The first time I read divine arbiter I just thought “mmmm why?”

DA is kind of fun and should have probably been dead center in the tree with capstones making it true cleave or something. Too late now we would have to wait for 12.0 to see if they are willing to improve the “rework”
