Just spent 2 hours with an alliance priest finishing this quest chain.
Got to the chapel, got divine apprehension up to learn Fear Ward, and nothing happens.
I choose fear ward and nothing happens at all. Any ideas?

Might be in your spell book after a rellog

You are correct. I guess I was expecting some kind of animation or acknowledgement but it was added to spell book. Thank you.
