I’ve read this post which is now closed

But im still getting the same problem. What I’ve done so far:

  • Reinstalled WoW from zero, deleted everything.
  • Played without any addons
  • Rolled back my GPU driver to what is said in linked post
  • On Lenovo Vantage i tried to under clock everything

Game crashes randomly, =i cant play more then 20mins.
Most of times it gives no error msg, sometimes is the ones on title of this post.

This is my laptop:
Lenovo Legion 5 16IRX9 (83DG00AGUS), Intel Core I9-14900HX 2.2GHZ (5.80GHZ), 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, GeForce RTX4060 8GB, Windows 11.

Please help me, I cant play the game.

Here they told me turn off window defender, I’m still testing if this is the fix. Turning max FPS on helped someone else.

Tried both. Didnt work.

Do you have Ray tracing on in the game?

It’s still internally disabled, regardless of the UI setting.

change options to direct x 11 instead of 12

Changed to direct x 11 , still creashed.
Usually it happens more often when playing in party. This time it happened solo

same i cant fix it i tried everything it only happens to wow especially in raids even if graphics set to 1 quality

I also have these issues, constantly breaking the game. I found a new solution that finally worked!!!

It only took another $2000 of replacing parts

I can help.

Go to Bios

Advance

CPU Config

CPU Power Management

Look for Intel CPU Boost 3.0 and turn it off
Look for Turbo Boost and turn it off.

Save and see if it works.

I have an Asus gen 14 processor myself. Turning off these 2 things significantly stabilized the heat of the cores and i havent had a single issue since.
