I Sitll misisng one I miss that I glad I got it all but I hope this event fix it self… Hell I kinda wish we get to keep the Arcade machine on the go.
From what I can tell, the problem is that if you upgrade a figure once, leave the table for a while, and come back later, it appears to “reset” and offer the quest for the figure’s first upgrade again instead of the second one.
After switching toons after getting the level 3 Whelp Egg (to see if I could get foils a second time on an alt, the answer is no), the table is once again offering me the quest to upgrade it to level 2 again. The quest flagging on this system is wack.

This is consistent with my experience (for me, I think it was the murloc).
So (just wrapping my head around this one more time) … it appears that the upgrade quests weren’t flagged as account-wide? And so when I completed one on an alt, then went back to my main it allowed me to complete it again (consuming a precious foil)?
There appear to have been some hotfixes over the day, so it may already be fixed to prevent this from happening to other people, but just in case, keep an eye open before upgrading your minis.

I used all the coins before getting the quest (didnt see the mail)… so now i cant even get all of the minis since one of them is locked behind the quest.

did not work.
Just did it 5 minutes ago, 5 hours after this post,
When I went to “upgrade” the murloc it ate both of the foils, and did not upgrade to “gold”, did not get credit, logging out, logging in did not work. Logging fully out of battle net, loggin back in, did not work
So, I assume this is going to be like the WOD garrison “blast furnace” thing, and I’ll never get credit for it?

I am missing two foils to upgrade my Murloc Toy…can’t seem to get them on any alts…so now what…do I end up with a uncompleted achievement now? You need to allow us to get these foils on our alts so we can complete it now.

I take this back…I found a foil I missed at OHP location that had a foil and coin…at it…make sure to check for both now at these locations…my bad…there is a script listed on wowhead that tells you if you got all the foils or not…I can’t post it here but you can find it some place on this page…https://www.wowhead.com/news/warcraft-rumble-crossover-promotion-locations-for-all-coins-and-foils-335322#comments
I ran that macro for the foil check on Wowhead, and it did come up with one I had not looted.
Unfortunately, it was just the one. According to the macro, I now have all foils looted, but am still 1 short to upgrade my Maiev figure one more time. I’m thinking I accidentally used it on one of the figures I already updated without realizing it or it didn’t count when I upgraded a figure, either of which would eat the foil I’m currently missing. It isn’t in my inventory at all and I never went to the bank when I looted all the coins and foils.
Hoping that this bug will be fixed soon, and those of us who have looted all the coins/foils will be able to get what we need to finish updating the figures.

Bagzak I would retry the script again …log fully out of the game and bnet too and then log back just to make sure you don’t still have a false there for a foil…
My issue is that I have collected all of the coins and foils. I now have all 7 toys and 5 are fully upgraded. The remaining 2 (Sneed and Maiv if I remember correctly) are only upgraded once.
I have 2 foils in my inventory but when I go to the machine it will not give me the quest to upgrade. Instead, the goblin has the quest to get the first coin in the Roasted Ram and the machine is looking for me to give it a coin.
I also noticed that with some of the toys (the ghoul is the one I remember this on) I have the achievement for all upgrades but when I use the toy I do not get the gear cursor to switch to the next version.
Experiencing a lot of confusion and bugs with this event. Can’t seem to get it working very well. It is unusually bloated and opaque, even in WoW terms.

I got all the foils and all the coins. I still am not able to get all the achievements done. I can’t upgrade the Maiev statue all the way. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do at this point.

I saw the device in the Inn and hoped for a second we were getting an official licensed WoW pinball machine. Need that in my life.
Check out the game’s cinematic, if you’re bored. I was entertained. I wish it was a mini-game in WoW.

I just logged back in to see if it would let me use the remaining foils in my inventory. Initially it did not but then I started summoning each toy and when I summoned Maiv (one of the two that needed upgrading) the two missing quests (Maiv and Sneed second upgrades) appeared on the machine again. It then let me complete both quests with the two remaining foils I had and gave me the final achievement.
The other thing I noticed is that now that all figures are upgraded I was able to put all of them out and cycle through all three looks on each figure.

So, I handed in the initial quest on an alliance alt, then realised it was a collect all the things achievement, so flew around the continent, collecting all the foils and coins. Went back to the machine and kept selecting the coin option (to receive the toy), used all the coins. Then I thought I would begin to upgrade them all, however the machine no longer has any options to upgrade, only to insert more coins. I then logged into a horde toon to complete the Org component, did the one mini, upgraded all the way, working as intended. Could see all the upgrade options available on her and checked the foils and they stated account bound, so mailed the remainder from my alliance toon to my horde toon. Foils are now lost in the nether as said horde toon never received them. Tried mail restoration and it errors out. This is the buggiest ‘event’ that Blizzard have ever produced. How did this ever pass testing?

after opening and doing the quest on 1 character.
dont send it to the other characters.
i do sha of anger on 10 alts each week… 10 alts now have the mail bag icon
I thought I was gonna get to play pinball, instead I have to run around collecting aluminum foil? I cannot contain the joy. 
Is this a time limited event ?
