Well i got it in order, turned in the quest then looted stuff in the Inn.
Ran into a similar issue. It started offering me foil upgrade quests for foils I had already collected but I was mindlessly clicking and didnāt notice until Iād already spent a few foils. So I may have locked myself out of completing the collection?

The same thing happened to me. Give us more foils! I put in a bug report because you shouldnāt be able to do that.

Uh, so I picked up the pouch and then turned in the first quest that I got from my mail. Then I got another quest that used whatever coin it was that was in the pouch. Iāve done nothing else, other than learning the toy thingy that I got from the first quest.
I donāt have any foils. Am I supposed to?
Edit: I found a foil inside the inn that started a quest. I did the quest for that, but now Mizzen is trying to give me the quest to find a coin in the inn (which Iāve already doneā¦). I think Iāll just wait until Blizzard fixes the bugs on this oneā¦ which is how it always turns out.
I also had it bug on two of the 2nd upgrade models. Now Iām out of Foils and canāt complete the achievement. I guess Iāll put in a ticket.
Its great that Blizzard for what ever reason flagged these items as being only attainable once per account. I am now 6/7 on the second upgrades with no other foils possible to get. I now have a ticket in and will see if it gets answered when ever it does.
Its not a surprise that againā¦ we get another untestedā¦ bugged system / event. Is what it is I guess. Ill just have to wait for a GM to answer my ticket. And since its an achievementā¦ More than likely they will not be able to help since they tend to always say they cannot grant in game achievement credit.

Was not able to upgrade Murloc or Whelp. Found all FOILS and COINS, so now missing three achievements to complete the event.

Just got a ticket response in record time. TLDR all I got was an apology and a link to the wowhead article that has all the way points.
My actual issue was ignoredā¦ SO in saying thatā¦ GOOD LUCK GUYS. To all those who got their progress bugged out. Its quite possible that we wont be able to finish the achievement.

Sounds like something to try tonight after the daily hotfixes have been applied.

Hopefully someone will do their job and come up with a solution.
If i had looted the max amount of foils and bags, i should be able to retrieve them from a vendor for free and re-use them for any acquisitions weāre missing, they just gotta make it check the achievs and deduce from there.

For some reason Mizzen had the quest for the Huntressā New Look twice, instead of the Newer Look the second time. So I accidentally used two Foils on that. Then I couldnāt accept and hand in the Newer Look one from the Warcraft Rumble Machine because I ran out of Foils (And I collected them all).
So, I guess Iām waiting to see how that gets fixed.

In same boat here, found all of the foils but must have used one on a toy 3 times since I canāt upgrade my last toy all the way. Hoping for a hotfix soon.
I got all the coins and foils, and I am short two foils to upgrade the Maiev figure twice. Since the item pickups are account-wide, Iām unfortunately stuck unless a fix is implemented.
Seeing as others are having similar problems, Iām hoping that this will be fixed ASAP for those who spent their all their foils and couldnāt upgrade all the figures completely.

Canāt upgrade the last gold statue! It say find a gold coin even if I have used all!
So stuck at 6/7 goldā¦

I got all the toys, I did a first upgrade, when I went to do the second upgrade it didnāt work, I didnāt get the archievment or the last upgrade of the toy. There is definitely something buggy with the event.
