Playin on my Spriest alt and realized… you can be stunned in dispersion. hows that make sense? For a class with some of the least mobility in game and only slows are 50%reduc and need to be channeled/on a 45 sec CD. I think dispersion should have more of a Bubble type similarity.
Yea it’s pretty weird having a defensive that makes you unable to attack and changes your model completely, but isn’t an immune. I wish it was off the GCD as well, that would be nice
It’s funny that class design and upkeep isn’t a priority for shadow priests. Dispersion is suppose to make us immune to all movement impairing effects… Well, I can tell you for sure that on the Prototype Pantheon fight, when Prototype of Duty uses her Windswept Wings ability, we’re still slowed. Same with the jailor fight… So many more abilities in and out of raid, it’s hilarious.
Dispersion wasn’t on the GCD originally but they intentially added it to the GCD many years ago… felt way nicer before instead of having to hold GCDs when low now.
They removed a bunch of spells from GCD this xpac… 20 or so but they were all offensive burst spells ontop of making a few of them undispelable.
Being stunned while you’re in disperse isn’t bad as it wastes the DR when you’re not doing anything anyway… usually you use it after being stunned a good portion of the time anyway.
Dispersion can be cast while stunned, which is predominantly when the ability is pressed anyways. It’s fine
Either make it a full immunity or revert it to its pre legion iteration of being a 90% damage reduction.
Yep, the hunters need to be stunned in turtle, warriors need to be stunned in spin cycle, rogues should beable to be stunned in cloak of skill…i mean lets be somewhat fair.
