so this thing hit me on my level 71 character while I was going around doing the Elder quests, I was in Zul’farrak. I have the comfortable rider’s barding on which prevents getting dismounted… so why did it dismount me? why is it even a thing? should be yeeted from the game
Supposedly can be cast by the sandfury shadow casters and they’ve apparently been doing it forever since they have it in classic too. Riders barding only stops dismounts from being dazed.
Which tells me the developers very specifically want players to not be able to just ride through mobs and farm bosses with no friction.
