The Dismantle enchant in WoW SoD appears to not be proccing as much as it should. In an entire raid as a warlock, I had it proc a total of 10 times. People are theorizing that it is bugged to not proc on rune abilities. If that is the case, given that rune abilities consist of our fillers, this is an issue.
