so i accidently disenchanted some low level bracers i was using on my warlock i opened up the item restoration service and it doesn’t show up. does it have to be a certain item level to show up? it’s my warlock of the same name on atiesh but if the service can’t recover disenchanted items why does it say it can?
If you disenchanted or scrapped the item(s), make sure your character has the crafting materials you obtained –we’ll reclaim them in exchange for the restored item. Gear disenchanted by mistake in a raid group will not have the trade option, even if restored within two hours
This was the only thing that stood out to me at a glance.
yeah it just shows two white items neither are the items i disenchanted.
whoops i thought i put this in customer support…
There’s an item restoration bug atm, items are just lost and cant be restored.

i’ve never bothered to item recover gear that any of my characters disenchanted.
but about a year ago i had item restored a piece of azerite gear that I accidentally scrapped (this was before azerite gear could be sold to vendors)
