I understand… MAYBE… keeping the cap on runed/gilded weekly. But capping weathered makes ZERO sense as it only gets you to 678.

The cap is there to help keep everyone on level playing field. If the cap wasn’t there, then people who have more free time would have an astronomical bigger advantage vs those who don’t. Maybe it might be a bit idea to go outside a bit? Manage your time a bit more wisely? There is more to life the WoW.
