Having penance and uppies both suddenly cancelling their casts soon after or immediately after the ability is activated. It is not an issue of overcapping haste (only @ ~25%) and it’s occurring around half of all casts atm.
WW has been facing a similar bug with SCK and FF for the past few months now where it will randomly end.
Also having issues with Shadow Crash on spriest not applying its DoTs to all targets it hits even though they are well within range the AoE and are not out of LoS.
