Friends, I have been struggling with getting the raiding with leashes pets. Last week I was lucky and got a few, but it’s been a lot of dupes and not very many checked off my list.
So what I did was actually go and check what raids drop the pets I need. It turns out Running Blackrock Foundry/Highmaul/Siege of Og doesn’t help me at all, and I need to be looking in the locations that drop the pets I need.
D’OH! Thought someone else might appreciate this secret trick.
I suppose this might be a useful insight.
But lemme blow your mind: specific bosses drop specific pets. You could theoretically tailor your raid run to just the bosses which have a chance to drop the specific pets you want.
Of course, most raids aren’t buffet tables that allow you to pick and choose with complete freedom. You may have clear encounters that don’t have desired pets to advance in the raid, but it’s still important to know so that you can prioritize.
Yup, have a notepad of all raids I no longer need to finish. Of course, that darn “mounts off the last boss” trend does cause some consternation…
