Made a new Pandaren Warrior to try experience Pandaria for i have never fully played it, upon starting the quest “Cryin’ My Eyes Out” i am not able to target/kill the Hozens around the area to obtain the quest items. my character is barely level 20 and have no Reputation with the hozen you befriend later in the expansion. This ultimately stops the Jade Forest questline due to the player not being able to interact with the Hozen.

Same thing happened to me switched chars until I get a fix for this was frustrating.
I had this problem too but I logged out and logged back in and that fixed it for me
