So I have an issue that I don’t know how to fix. When my wife uses discord, it occasionally freaks out on her. She is fine in raid, fine in torghast, fine in open world play. The issue comes when running keys, as soon as the key begins, discord will change her input/output devices. In between pulls she has to tab out and reset them, and this will generally last anywhere from 2-5 minutes before they change again. This is making timing keys a challenge. We have tried uninstalling both wow and discord, and I have gone and disabled all of her other input/output devices.
In general, with audio problems, I’d first recommend making sure the drivers are up-to-date. Check with the manufacturer of her motherboard / audio device to see if there is an audio driver update. That’s just very basic, general advice, though.
