Please for the love of GOD use the “push to talk” button. I don’t need to hear your kids, spouse, mother and most of all your Keyboard clicks. That’s all, Thank You

people get to hear airplanes and weak auras when i dont use push to talk :slight_smile:

Also dogs barking, fork and knife clinking on the plate. The big one tho burping into the mic. OMG I get tilted by that.

i see you have visited my guilds discord. Home of keyboards clicking, cars revving, kids singing, radios on in the background, coughing and eating into mics and sometimes and im not sure who this is yet… discord on speakers so i can hear myself everytime i talk.

I’ve outright had to tell guilds in the past that if someone is eating, clacking a mechanical keyboard, etc. on an open mic, I can’t be in voice with them.

I had one guild where a girl would ROUTINELY sit in voice chat doing nothing but eat and talking with her mouth full.

My current guild everyone uses push to talk, or if they have an open mic, they’re so quiet it doesn’t activate until they actually talk.

Just wait for them to speak and solo adjust the offenders output. Right click, adjust volume, slider to the left.

Literally problem solved. You never have to hear them again. And when they ask why youre ignoring them, tell them exactly why.

Discord can be set to enforce PTT. Mine is. I’m not listening to all the gross sounds people make… And too many have no idea how to pset their mic sensitivity.
