Disconnects: WOW51900319 Error Code

Last several days I have been getting repeatedly disconnected and sent to the log in screen with the error code cited in the subject of this post. It usually happens about twice a battleground to give you an idea of the frequency (though it also happens in instance PvE content, open world, etc.). Disconnection issue seems isolated to WoW (do not see it with any other applications/games).

Below is 5 min of WinMTR data:

Hi Morrie

With the exception of a couple latency spikes the WinMTR looks good. No packet loss. I would work through this support page. Possibly an addon/UI issue.

World of Warcraft Disconnection Problems - Blizzard Support (battle.net)

Tried everything in the linked resource. Still having the same issue.

I had hopes the full UI reset would do the trick there. Run this little malware scanner see what it picks up.

AdwCleaner - Free Adware Cleaner & Removal Tool | Malwarebytes

When the scan is finished you will see a button to run “Basic Repair” click that.

Are you able to set up a cellphone hotspot or a VPN to test.

Did Malwarebytes and VPN. No dice.

Appreciate the effort to help, Tratt. Not sure what else to do.

I saw your post on the other thread. Did you check that IPv6 ingame setting?

I did (and replied there). Does not seem to be my issue.

I saw - on the same pane as that setting there is another for Optimize for Speed. Experiment with that - if it is on toggle off vice versa.

Are you running cable or wireless - WinMTR looks like cable.

I tried turning optimize for speed off based on a troubleshooting post I found early on and I still saw the problem. Trying again to see if it helps in combination with the other things that have been done since.

Yes, I am running a hard line.

Is that a router/modem combination unit or a standalone router then modem. If you have a separate modem try the cable direct to modem. Bypass the router. If you have a different cable switch cables as a test.

Let’s take a look at your DXDiag see if your network adapter has an update:

The second section of page has DXDiag report instructions - we don’t require the MSinfo report.

That will be a wall of text. If you have issues pasting on the Forum here go ahead and put it up on pastebin.com. Provide the link code portion of the URL - example below.

(The green bold portion at the end of this example link: https://pastebin.com/Qk28Ed1P <=== this code)

Alternately you can place the link in a Preformatted Text box. Paste the link in the chatbox - then highlight it. Click the preformatted text button along the top of the chatbox - looks like this </>

Will look like this example afterwards:

https://pastebin.com/xxxxxxxx

Still seeing the problem after turning Optimize for Speed network setting off.

Router/modem combination.

Link for DXDiag report is here: https://pastebin.com/6p0n2x73

The GPU driver is crashing/timing out, which is probably causing the disconnect. I also noticed it’s the version from Sept 2020. Did you try a newer version?

This app might be part of the problem, unsure, but there are many crashes from it.

Hi again Morrie

As Elocin points out there are graphic things going down and Armory Crate is crashing. That Armory Crate can be buggy. Let’s update there first - we may uninstall later. Requires a special tool from Asus to uninstall - that’s how hooked up it is in your system.

https://www.asus.com/us/supportonly/Armoury%20Crate/HelpDesk_Download/

Updated the video driver (latest version released in May 2021). Disconnects still occurred.

Used Asus tool to remove Armory Crate. Disconnects still occurred (and still see crashes from ArmourySwAgent.exe despite running Crate uninstall twice).

Currently working on running CHKDSK, a memory check, and monitoring core temps during gameplay to see if any of those might be responsible for the 141 error. I will report back on this thread with my findings.

Passed CHKDSK, memory check, and temp never broke 50 C. Still occurring.

Can you grab an MSInfo for me?

  1. Press the Windows key, then type msinfo and press Enter.
  2. In the MSInfo window, click File > Export.
  3. Name the file “msinfo,” make sure it is text format, and click Save.

Post your MSInfo on Pastebin.com and provide the link to it, or the hash code (the numbers/letters after the .com) in your reply.

File was too big to paste. I pasted just the [Windows Error Reporting] section to stay within the size limit:

https://pastebin.com/EgjTjUny

Please let me know if there are other particular sections you need to see.

That link is expired already.

Try using controlc.com for the whole report.

Just went to look at this again. I discovered that changing the in-game DirectX setting to use version 11 instead of 12 appears to have stopped the disconnects (still testing). Does that give you any thoughts on root cause?

Nevermind. It still happens.
