Disconnecting Shortly after logging in to Retail Game

This week I began having a problem where I would log in and after no more than a few min I would just disconnect from the game getting error Wow51900319. So I began to trouble shoot, and found that removing my current WTF folder fixed the problem. So I rebuilt my UI. I do use a lot of mods. and figured It was fixed. I was able to raid Tuesday and play fine after this. Then Wednesday again I had the same problem, and since I had not yet backed up my new WTF, I went ahead and clean installed the game and, I again rebuilt my UI. After finishing this process Thursday, Things seemed stable again. I went to my Thursday night raid and was fine. I logged out for the night, put my pc in sleep mode and, here we are Friday morning I log in and immediately I disconnect. Doesn’t matter which character I log in to, or which of my 2 accounts for that matter. It also doesn’t seem to matter where the character is in the world I disconnect. This time I had backed up my WTF folder and replacing it does seem to have fixed the problem for now. But I don’t want to have to keep replacing the folder every time I want to log into the game. Can anyone help me figure out what is causing this?

I am having the exact same issue. I deleted everything. Addons and the game and reinstalled. Same issue as before. Hope you find out soon because I’m as stuck as you.

I recommend playing for a bit without all the addons etc. It sounds like one of those is the problem.

I have no addons installed. Everything is up to date on a brand new laptop that was running fine a week ago. Come back when you all ran an update and I cannot login to view my characters with this:
“WOW51900319“.

I am having the same issue. I have been unable to log in for a week now. I have completely installed Windows 10 and World of Warcraft and I still get the same error. There has to be something on their end that is broken.

Try running a repair on WoW through Bnet. It sounds like the client is not fully updated, which means you cannot play until that happens. If that doesn’t work, you may need to remove the game or bnet, along with the temporary files for each, and reinstall. This issue can be the result of a disconnection or pause when you’re updating, permission issues, or a problem with the game storage.

I have been working with Blizzard to resolve this same issue and even after a new Windows 10 install and new Wow installation, I get the same error. This has to be on the Blizzard side.

Does the PC meet the requirements for the game?

LOL. Yes it does by a lot. Blizzard is confused about this just as much as I am. They are now having me send them trace logs and WinMTR logs. However, I am no longer able to get into my ticket, I get a “Something went wrong on our end” message. So I can’t upload those files or even respond. Been trying all day.

I have a 18ms ping response to google and a 46ms response to WOWs Central servers.

Are. You running the battle.net client as Administrator?
