I get that error also. Maybe not every two minutes but enough to be aggravating.
Have no idea on how to fix it or what to do about it.

I’m having the same issues. I had no issues through 5:30 pm EST, logged off for an hour and a half, and can’t get back in.

Another day of not being able to play any more than a few minute spurts because of continuing disconnects.

I had my ISP run tests on my cable modem/router to see if that was the problem.
It checked out fine.

Is there any way to pause my subscription until this problem gets solved? I hate the thought of paying for a game I can’t play!

Thank you for your efforts Zungar!! Nothing there worked for me!!!

If you can, run the winmtr test described, a d post the results here.

Asukazil, would you happen to have Killer Network Adapters on the system? There’s been some reported issues where the steps on this post will resolve the disconnection error.

I’m having the same issue. As soon as it goes to load my characters it dumps me with the same error code. Beyond frustrated.

Thanks! It worked for me. Was going nuts trying to figure out what was going on!

No killer card here. Actually never even heard of one before.

If the Killer work around didn’t fix you up because you don’t have that network card, let’s run the WinMTR like Zungar mentioned earlier - it’s a good tool for us to look for problems between your house and our servers. Run this while playing until you catch a disconnect, then run it for 5 more minutes. If you post the results here we can inspect them for more problems.

This worked for me, thank you so very much.

Currently getting the WOW51900319 disconnection error approximately every 20 minutes. Here are the results from WinMTR:

When using VPN service the connection remains consistent without disconnection from WoW. Here is the WinMTR of that connection:

Hello there I fixed it here.

I was getting random disconnects since 8.1 - I Fixed this issue by changing my MTU as this user demonstrate here.

In my case i changed to 1454. You have to test you connection to see which number goes for you. I follow this exemple its in portuguese. You can check on youtube for another exemples.

I Can’t believe its normal here now… before, i was getting disconnect every 10 ~ 20 min. Its not cool to do a Raid or Dungeon knowing that you can have a Random Disconnect and log back dead :frowning:

Good Luck and Cya (sorry bad english )

This actually worked for my buddy. He was getting very even 3-4 minute interval dc’s both at login and in game. He is now in queue for 15 min with no dc’s. Thank you for the information. You should put this as a FAQ answer somewhere.
