Hey,
I have had this issue 5-6 times in the last 3 days. I will be in a dungeon instance when randomly, the game shuts down. No error message, the application simply closes.
When in the Battlenet client, the “Play” button has switched back to “Update” and the bar underneath it says that it is “reclaiming space”. After about 5 seconds, that finishes, the big blue button switches back to play, and I can pop back into the game within a minute usually.
While there are similar threads, many of them site this issue under different circumstances, or from a year or so passed (for WoTL Classic). I am speaking specifically about DF.
I have uninstalled/reinstalled, checked my software is up to date, and done my best to follow the other threads that seem peripherally related to this, some of which say that eventually the issue resolved itself, but I still can’t get it to resolve.
Please advise.
