I am disconnecting as well on this scenario. Do I put in a ticket or just leave comments here on the forums? Been a while so I am not sure the bug report process.
I agree which in theory makes no sense but I think its just getting worse
Given the number of people that seem to be having the same problem, I would probably just wait for a global fix. You can try to put in a ticket, sure, but that will probably not get the issue resolved any faster. It sucks, I know, but … it is what it is…

If you have Nvidia graphics card, updated the driver. This helped me a lot (they just did an update last week)
Yea it’s constant lag (not movement lag just action lag), chat lag. Went to do the 1st main quest in Ardenweild only to crash and be returned to Orbios. Stuck in Orbios where I crash there too, and experience chat lag (or where I cannot post in chat at all.) I do not think they were prepared for this lol.
Hopefully its just overloaded, Patch release days are always a bit of a kick to the shins… But you would of thought that blizz would of added ques, tested it properly, But once again we are the paying beta testers on live servers. I havent even been able to ride the wormboi into korthia without instadying or arriving back at Bolvar.

I did that, updated the driver because the game told me to. Didn’t even try the Ardenweald quests until after, and yet I have the same issue as others, super-laggy gameplay with my numbers showing as fine. And I’m also on Area 52…
I have also noticed all my mounts I had favorited was reset. So I have to favorite all my mounts again.

Yea… i even deleted my WTF folder… cache… etc. Nothing.
it would be nice if someone at blizzard would even acknowledge the issue so we know they are working on a fix

Mad it to ardenweild FINALLY, had to run to the village for stage 2 as I fell. Now on stage 3 and attacks are very laggy
The flying mount in to Ardenweald dropped me and I died. At Stage 1 and can’t do anything. If I’m supposed to talk to anyone I can’t, I reached the defense forces area and it’s not updating, no nothing.
