I keep getting disconnected from the classic wow server. My connection seems to be otherwise fine and I have tried resetting the modem, the computer, and re-installing the game entirely. it happens 1-2 times an hour. Sometimes more, sometimes less. I looked at the help articles, but besides doing the things I have already done, I don’t see any more troubleshooting to do, and I cannot find a way to actually speak to anyone from customer service.
Next step would be to contact your ISP to see if they are tracking any routing issues between them to battle.net, I think the Vegas servers but not sure which version of classic you are on.
Unfortunately Blizzard no longer provides direct one on one connection services, having dropped technical support.

Good to know. ISP reports nothing wrong, so if blizz isn’t supporting the game anymore i guess i’ll just finish my month of play and move on. Thank you for replying.
Huh? They absolutely still support development of the game and bug fixes, which are the things a gaming studio is responsible for. Tech support and connection troubleshooting were only provided on a courtesy basis and not guaranteed as part of the subscription or the user agreement.
