Disconnected every time I try to log in

This is happening to just about my whole guild, no one can log in. We get placed in a queue for about 3 seconds and then D/C.

This is all mentioned before, DISCONNECTED BEFORE CHARACTER SELECT SCREEN there’s about 250 with same issue
