I mistakenly disconnected the Authenticator app from my account a few days ago. I have tried reconnecting but it seems like the server simply cannot connect. When was connected, there was no serial number on the serial number page. Currently it does not connect to my account and sends repeated “Oops something went wrong” signals.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, but that seems to have pushed me back to not being able to connect. I might normally ignore this but now I cannot create groups in LFG which sucks for Remix.
The solution ended up being deleting all files for the battle.net authenticator from my phone not just the cache. I tried doing a ticket but it said that I had no authenticator attached so there was no path to finish the ticket. After playing around with it more, I deleted all files and it then allowed me to start the process of attaching an authenticator app to the account.
