Disconnected all the time and can';t fix it

I get discommended all the time . In Dungs and trades etc.

I can’t fix to stop it . I tried everything.

Sounds frustrating!

Have you tried disabling addons? Or maybe checking to see if there’s an update you haven’t gotten yet?

You may wish to post in the Technical Support Forums for some help troubleshooting.

I removed all add Ons, Drivers are up to date.I did scan a repair . No luck

Have you connected with your ISP? Unfortunately there’s no means to backtrack the routing from Blizzard to you. But maybe your isp can check with the routing peer.

Where do you live, what kind of router, which server? Have you tried a vpn?

I live in southern Michigan. I use a Asus high performance wi Fi 7 router, it is new.

All my toons get disconnected . Hunter, Priest,Pally. I turned on the VPN all did lower my frame rate to 138.With out it on I am running 200+

When you mention frame rate, do you mean ping? Your frame rate is not relevant in a discussion about disconnecting.

Lag is 60 up and down

60ms is totally playable and better than my connection to the Las Vegas server, which I can easily play on.

You’re likely getting disconnected by packet loss, which usually happens on home network equipment or somewhere on the route to the server. Your ISP should be able to assist with that.

I phoned ATT and I explained my hardware I have.

What I thought was a antenna was a modem(DUH) That was connected to another modem. So they said pull the cable out of the first one. Both

were connected to my computer. That fixed it.
