Disconnected after falling through world

My character Shadore fell through the world in Aerdenwald after shadowstepping to get to a flying mob. Every time I log in as this character, I get disconnected before I can do anything.

I’ve tried:

  • Waiting a day for this issue to sort itself out without logging in on that character
  • Repairing game files using the Battle.net app (it said no issues found)

I can’t try resetting the UI since I’m not connected long enough to click anything in the UI.

Would a Mod please put me somewhere within game borders please. :slight_smile:

I have found the “Stuck Character Service” and have used that successfully. I had a bit of trouble navigating the UI on the website to find where to put this but I’m glad it works!
