myself and my wife are experiencing constant disconnects. cannot play for more than one minute at a time. have tried EVERYTHING down to reformatting both of our PC’s. driver updates, admin start, windows updates, cashe deletes, windows update rollback. nothing is working cannot play game please help.

That is….. extreme.
So you didn’t have a problem yesterday, you had a problem today, and you thought “lets blow everything away and start over” was the course of action here??

This is happening to me too and I live in the south east….OK here is what worked for me, if you have wireless on your computer, turn that on if it isn’t already, then get your cellphone out and set it up as a hot spot and connect your PC’s internet to the hot spot. This works. The game uses very little data too, you could play all day and it might top out at using 200 MB or so total, if that. My ping is roughly 110ms which isn’t ideal but it is still extremely playable even in a raid, Aussie players run 150ms on average from what I hear.
