What would cause you to be disconnected while you’re waiting in queue?
It’s a pretty crappy experience and would like to avoid it again if possible.
Especially since I had been in the queue for over an hour.

It’s the Internet, it could be many things, least likely are the servers unless there’s a mass DC which obviously we’d know about pretty quickly.
